A Cary man is charged with sexually exploiting children.
Police arrested 41-year-old Jeffrey Phelps Friday night and charged him with 13 counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Police seized Phelps computers, which contain child pornography material.
Phelps is currently being held at the wake county jail under a $830,000 bond.

Maybe, just maybe, there will be no plea bargaining for this one and he will remain in prison for the rest of his life. Knowing well everyone of you, when he is released he will do it again and again. No forgiveness, throw away the book and put this less than human behind bars for the longest possible time.
