The Raleigh Police Department is attempting to locate the dark-haired subject who approaches the counter in the center of the above surveillance video. The subject is the same individual pictured in the still photos related to this case that were released Aug. 30, and the video was obtained from the same downtown area location.

The subject was in the company of Jurgen Dietmar Cheston prior to the Cheston's death, and detectives are hopeful he may have information that will assist the investigation of the case.

Cheston was known to maintain social contact with members of the Hispanic community and the Homicide Unit detectives assigned to the case remain particularly interested in speaking with those who knew him in that context, as well as anyone else who may have information that might assist the case investigation.
