A 41-year-old Raleigh man is charged with having indecent liberties with a child.
Wake County Sheriff’s deputies say Jonathan Leigh Sullivan was spotted in his vehicle with a 2-year-old boy. A camera with pictures of two naked females was also found inside the car.
While authorities began to search the back of Sullivan’s car, they found a naked 12-year-old girl under a tarp. According to a search warrant, the girl told officers that she and Sullivan came there frequently and it was their “quiet place.”
During their investigation of Sullivan, authorities seized a camera, laptop computer and three computer discs from his car.
Sullivan is charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child and is currently in jail under a $25,000 bond.

Catch and release, that is our legal system. $25,000 and he's back on the street. It is illogical to even give him bail, but he'll be patted on the head, told not to do it again, and released so more victims can be added to his count. When are these criminals going to get what is deserved and victims get justice? He needs to be castrated and lobotomized, like millions more that are caught and released. It's amazing what our society must endure because the system that our hard earned money supports won't protect us or our children from these degenerates.

Where are these children's parents? Not the first time the 12 year old was with this obviously demented man. Why is bail only $25,000.? If he bails out could he run only to use the same urges and methods on other innocent children? Keep a good eye on your children there are alot of pervs out there looking for the chance to entice one of them into their perverted web. Lives are ruined and changed forever. Children are sacred and inexperienced. They need good watching. Trust me I know.

$25,000 seems way low. Although it may provide their parents a chance to discuss this with him before jail.

I too think its terrible that they only gave him a 25,000 bond its a disgrace. For people to destroy children lives with grown-up urges and calling themselves sick.

Hang'em high... no need to waste our hard earned tax dollars with this one. Caught red handed is enough evidence. He should never walk another day outside prison, and he should be let lose in general population with a sign around his neck... It would save us lots of money! He lost his rights to anything humain.
