Chapel Hill Police need the public’s help in a fraud investigation that took place on July 30.
According to police, a female attempted to get a cash advance on a false credit card at the Bank of America located at 100 Banks Drive.
The woman is described as being 25-35 years old, wearing a black tank top and black dress pants with sandals.
Anyone with information is asked to call Sgt. Rodney Matthews with the Chapel Hill Police Departments Criminal Investigation Division at 919-968-2767 Ext. 128 or Crime Stoppers at 942-7515.
