I think this is outragious that our law enforments office will beat someone like this, there is other ways to control a person without a weapon. I believe that all jailers that was present and knew something about this beating and did not go forward about it should be charge with assosery after the fact, also everyone should be charge and the head of the jail should be removed from his position, if he can not control his dept he should be removed or demoted, this is why robeson county has the name that is has, I am ashame to tell that I am from robeson county, also I feel that this presons rights was denied and that the FBI should investigate, not the county or the SBI.
