  I was not talking about child support either. I am talking about people filing false claims against other people. I don't care if its father ,uncle,cousin or neighbor. There should be more investigating before charges are filed.My ex daughter-inlaw forced my granddaughter to say her father touched her just because She knew I was comming home and I wanted to see the children.My son gets them the first week after school is out and the week before school starts back. His child support is set up by him to come out of his check. She had no other way of stopping him from getting them and he told her he was getting them that week are he would get the sheriff to come and get them for him. She told him right the that she would see him in court. She knew that was the only way to keep him from getting them. Her husband has mplested one of the girls already and she was made by her mother to say she made it up when SS came to investigate the report that was made by the other grandmother. But keeping her man was more inportant than helping her child. This is why I say there should be more investigating done before there are charges filed against people. I am so sorry for what happened to Glenda's child. There was never any charges brought against my granddaughters stepfater not even when he broke her brother's not once but twice. because the mother made my granddaughter say he fell off his bike.The mother has eight children and three different fathers. I have cried a many tear over these children because we could not get SS to do anything about the mother and the way the children were being treated. Keep them in your prays for me.

  To Glenda,,,,, I am so sorry about what happen to your daughter. I am so proud of you,at least you did what you you could. When my daughter was attacked by my uncle, my whole family turn against me.she was lying, I knew that she was not because he had tried the same thing with me as a child.I confronted him, his wife, my aunt, one of the church leaders,,screamed at me, called me all kinds of liers.The family called me crazy. But I did let him know I would kill him if he did it again. And you know what I think I would have, By the grace of God we left NC, and I deal with none of my family, I have never been more happy. My daughter is doing fine, a beautiful young lady. I had to take a stand against my family. So glad I did.

  Miss. Sue Davis, only serious, factual comments are welcomed. Did you really read what the discussion is about? You obviously have no children, or have had yours taken away for some reason. This is not that kind of discussion.Blessings to you.

The state of NC refuse to address this issue, because it is easy to look another way.Plus that is suppose to be a God fearing state. what ever,

  The mothers should be investigated, when there are charges filed against a person. This why most fathers have backed away from their children. The mothers files false charges against the father just because she can to keep the father from getting his children and then he is the one that has to put out all the money for lawyers to prove he didn't do it. The mother should be put threw a lie dection before there are any charges filed at all. It would save a lot of heartache and these children would not have to be made to lie against there father are mothers either. The person filing the charging should be made to pay all attorneys fee if the person charged is innoncent.

  I agree with your comments, whole heartedly. I live in the state of NC. My daughter was 3-years-old when she told me that her dad did inappropriate things to her. She was much more graphic, of course, immediately I contacted SSvcs. They investigated, the dad passed, (according to them), 2 lie detectors tests, went to trial, the judge had SS invistigate me for being over-protective with my child!! No charges were filed! You are right when you say that they ALL will be judged by a higher being, namely, GOD.

  I'm from N.C. grew up there. Hated every minute of it.What is so surprising about the rape. In NC it is a common practice.No one is going to belive the child., and a Black child ,, no way. He is a good church member, The mother knew, but did not want to do anything. Cant lose her man, please The Black children of NC,,( and some white) have really suffered.I have no love for the state of NC. They will be judged by a higher being.I never want to go back there again.
