  I am Kelsey's oldest sister. The bottom line is that as bad as it hurts or how unbelieveable it is, Kelsey is gone. If or when My Daddy gets proof of whose fault it actually was, then he will think about pressing charges, but remember that will not bring him back.   "Yall" need to go to school and educate yourself! Your grammar is horrific!! The driver of the vehicle did not drive away nor does he deserve to have charges pressed against him. Maybe if the 13-year old boy had used his brain, he would not have driven in front of the vehicle. Better yet, if he had proper adult supervision then this tragedy could have been prevented.

  No they don't need to press charges. The man didn't leave Kelsey to suffer and die. He got out of his car and cried because he felt bad about hitting Kelsey. Let's think about what Kelsey wants us 2 do. Does he really want them to press charges. Kelsey probably knows that the man didn't mean to hit him. Let's just stop and think about how much we love Kelsey Jamel Perry. We shouldn't be to sad because we still have KElsey in our hearts. Kelsey is in a better place now and he is looking over us watching us and making sure we are afe. So anytime you hear a speacial voice in your ear just think, it is KElsey Jamel Perry.
