New Warrants Released In Morris Case

OXFORD, N.C.

New search warrants in the Kelly Currin Morris case say there is "no evidence" that her disappearance was 'voluntary.'

Morris was last seen on September 3 after her husband says she went out looking for the family dog. The next day, Morris' house burned to the ground, and investigators found the missing woman's car abandoned days later.

The search warrants reveal the State Bureau of Investigation took hair and saliva samples from Kelly's husband, Scott for their investigation.

Scott Morris has been named a 'person of interest' in the arson investigation of Morris' Stem, NC home.
