  So a young couple goes to jail, no telling if they had kids, the equipment is hijacked by govt officials never to be used again, and someone else will setup shop somewhere nearby and grow the same and sell the same. Marijuana will always be grown, no matter what you do to prevent it. Does this not make sense to our officials?
  Spend more on keeping drunk drivers off the road. Spend more on curbing alcoholism in our state.

  Election year always brings big busts to rally the base. No suprise with the economy in shambles that people find alternate means of income. Who can blame them. History will look back at America’s “War on Drugs” the same way we view the Salem witch trials today. Living in North Carolina, I’m dissapointed the only place I see job growth is in law enforcement. Thanks to the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department for wasting our tax dollars on modern day witch hunts.

  It is about time we start doing some real law enforcement work around here. Any thing illegal is a crime and those who commit the crime are crimionals, kuddos to the Sheriff Office and I hope to see the continuation with ALL illegals in the State, they are also criminals since they broke a law(inmigration laws) As it is, they are also costing big $$$ to the state in gang related crimes, using our hospitals, schools, jails and other social services while exporting their earnings back to their own countries.

  My fiancee was hit by a drunk driver yesterday...and i hear that marijuana may become legal for people with certain illnesses… what is this world coming too? I wish law makers would focus on the important stuff like arresting drunk drivers so innocent people wouldn’t get hurt.

  The paintings of Rembrandt (1606- 1669), Vincent Van Gogh (1853-1890) and Thomas Gainsborough (1727- 1788) were painted primarily on hemp canvas, often with hemp oil based paint. Over 50 percent of all chemical pesticides sprayed are used in the cultivation of cotton. Hemp is eight times stronger than cotton and more air-permeable. Hemp can grow vigorously (up to 16 feet) in 100 days without the use of harmful pesticides and herbicides… healthier for your skin and the environment.

  One acre of hemp can produce as much raw fibre as 4.1 acres of trees. Pulping hemp for paper would produce a strong paper that lasts incredibly long and doesn’t yellow with age. Also, using hemp as a raw source for paper would eliminate the need to cut down our dwindling old-growth forests which contribute to climate control and clean the air we breathe.

  MARIJUANA is DANGEROUS. Pot is NOT harmful to the human body or mind. Marijuana does NOT pose a threat to the general public. Marijuana is very much a danger to the oil companies, alcohol, tobacco industries and a large number of chemical corporations. Various big businesses, with plenty of dollars and influence, have suppressed the truth from the people.

  The truth is if marijuana was utilized for its vast array of commercial products, it would create an industrial atomic bomb! Entrepreneurs have not been educated on the product potential of pot. The super rich have conspired to spread misinformation about an extremely versatile plant that, if used properly, would ruin their companies.

  Where did the word ‘marijuana’ come from? In the mid 1930s, the M-word was created to tarnish the good image and phenomenal history of the hemp plant...as you will read. The facts cited here, with references, are generally verifiable in the Encyclopedia Britannica which was printed on hemp paper for 150 years:

  * All schoolbooks were made from hemp or flax paper until the 1880s; Hemp Paper Reconsidered, Jack Frazier, 1974.

  * It was LEGAL TO PAY TAXES WITH HEMP in America from 1631 until the early 1800s; LA Times, Aug. 12, 1981.

  * REFUSING TO GROW HEMP in America during the 17th and 18th Centuries WAS AGAINST THE LAW! You could be jailed in Virginia for refusing to grow hemp from 1763 to 1769; Hemp in Colonial Virginia, G. M. Herdon.

  * George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and other founding fathers GREW HEMP; Washington and Jefferson Diaries. Jefferson smuggled hemp seeds from China to France then to America.

  * Benjamin Franklin owned one of the first paper mills in America and it processed hemp. Also, the War of 1812 was fought over hemp. Napoleon wanted to cut off Moscow’s export to England; Emperor Wears No Clothes, Jack Herer.

  * Hemp called ‘Billion Dollar Crop.’ It was the first time a cash crop had a business potential to exceed a billion dollars; Popular Mechanics, Feb., 1938.

  * Mechanical Engineering Magazine (Feb. 1938) published an article entitled ‘The Most Profitable and Desirable Crop that Can be Grown.’ It stated that if hemp was cultivated using 20th Century technology, it would be the single largest agricultural crop in the U.S. and the rest of the world.

  THE CONSPIRACY

  Andrew Mellon became Hoover’s Secretary of the Treasury and Dupont’s primary investor. He appointed his future nephew-in-law, Harry J. Anslinger, to head the Federal Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.

  Secret meetings were held by these financial tycoons. Hemp was declared dangerous and a threat to their billion dollar enterprises. For their dynasties to remain intact, hemp had to go. These men took an obscure Mexican slang word: ‘marihuana’ and pushed it into the consciousness of America.

  MEDIA MANIPULATION

  A media blitz of ‘yellow journalism’ raged in the late 1920s and 1930s. Hearst’s newspapers ran stories emphasizing the horrors of marihuana. The menace of marihuana made headlines. Readers learned that it was responsible for everything from car accidents to loose morality.

  Films like ‘Reefer Madness’ (1936), ‘Marihuana: Assassin of Youth’ (1935) and ‘Marihuana: The Devil’s Weed’ (1936) were propaganda designed by these industrialists to create an enemy. Their purpose was to gain public support so that anti-marihuana laws could be passed.

  Examine the following quotes from ‘The Burning Question’ aka REEFER MADNESS:

  * a violent narcotic.
  * acts of shocking violence.
  * incurable insanity.
  * soul-destroying effects.
  * under the influence of the drug he killed his entire family with an ax.
  * more vicious, more deadly even than these soul-destroying drugs (heroin, cocaine) is the menace of marihuana!

  Reefer Madness did not end with the usual ‘the end.’ The film concluded with these words plastered on the screen: TELL YOUR CHILDREN.

  In the 1930s, people were very naive; even to the point of ignorance. The masses were like sheep waiting to be led by the few in power. They did not challenge authority. If the news was in print or on the radio, they believed it had to be true. They told their children and their children grew up to be the parents of the baby-boomers.

  On April 14, 1937, the Prohibitive Marihuana Tax Law or the bill that outlawed hemp was directly brought to the House Ways and Means Committee. This committee is the only one that can introduce a bill to the House floor without it being debated by other committees. The Chairman of the Ways and Means, Robert Doughton, was a Dupont supporter. He insured that the bill would pass Congress.

  Dr. James Woodward, a physician and attorney, testified too late on behalf of the American Medical Association. He told the committee that the reason the AMA had not denounced the Marihuana Tax Law sooner was that the Association had just discovered that marihuana was hemp.

  Few people, at the time, realized that the deadly menace they had been reading about on Hearst’s front pages was in fact passive hemp. The AMA understood cannabis to be a MEDICINE found in numerous healing products sold over the last hundred years.

  In September of 1937, hemp became illegal. The most useful crop known became a drug and our planet has been suffering ever since.

  Congress banned hemp because it was said to be the most violence-causing drug known. Anslinger, head of the Drug Commission for 31 years, promoted the idea that marihuana made users act extremely violent. In the 1950s, under the Communist threat of McCarthyism, Anslinger now said the exact opposite. Marijuana will pacify you so much that soldiers would not want to fight.

  Today, our planet is in desperate trouble. Earth is suffocating as large tracts of rain forests disappear. Pollution, poisons and chemicals are killing people. These great problems could be reversed if we industrialized hemp. Natural biomass could provide all of the planet’s energy needs that are currently supplied by fossil fuels. We have consumed 80% of our oil and gas reserves. We need a renewable resource. Hemp could be the solution to soaring gas prices.

  THE WONDER PLANT

  Hemp has a higher quality fiber than wood fiber. Far fewer caustic chemicals are required to make paper from hemp than from trees. Hemp paper does not turn yellow and is very durable. The plant grows quickly to maturity in a season where trees take a lifetime.

  ALL PLASTIC PRODUCTS SHOULD BE MADE FROM HEMP SEED OIL. Hempen plastics are biodegradable! Over time, they would break down and not harm the environment. Oil-based plastics, the ones we are very familiar with, help ruin nature; they do not break down and will do great harm in the future. The process to produce the vast array of natural (hempen) plastics will not ruin the rivers as Dupont and other petrochemical companies have done. Ecology does not fit in with the plans of the Oil Industry and the political machine. Hemp products are safe and natural.

  MEDICINES SHOULD BE MADE FROM HEMP. We should go back to the days when the AMA supported cannabis cures. ‘Medical Marijuana’ is given out legally to only a handful of people while the rest of us are forced into a system that relies on chemicals. Pot is only healthy for the human body.

  WORLD HUNGER COULD END. A large variety of food products can be generated from hemp. The seeds contain one of the highest sources of protein in nature. ALSO: They have two essential fatty acids that clean your body of cholesterol. These essential fatty acids are not found anywhere else in nature! Consuming pot seeds is the best thing you could do for your body. Eat uncooked hemp seeds.

  CLOTHES SHOULD BE MADE FROM HEMP. Hemp clothing is extremely strong and durable over time. You could hand clothing, made from pot, down to your grandchildren. Today, there are American companies that make hemp clothing; usually 50% hemp. Hemp fabrics should be everywhere. Instead, they are almost underground. Superior hemp products are not allowed to advertise on fascist television. Kentucky, once the top hemp producing state, made it ILLEGAL TO WEAR hemp clothing! Can you imagine being thrown into jail for wearing quality jeans?

  The world is crazy...but that does not mean you have to join the insanity. Get together. Spread the news. Tell people, and that includes your children, the truth. Use hemp products. Eliminate the word ‘marijuana.’ Realize the history that created it. Make it politically incorrect to say or print the M-word. Fight against the propaganda (designed to favor the agenda of the super rich) and the bullshit. Hemp must be utilized in the future. We need a clean energy source to save our planet. INDUSTRIALIZE HEMP!

  The liquor, tobacco and oil companies fund more than a million dollars a day to Partnership for a Drug-Free America and other similar agencies. We have all seen their commercials. Now, their motto is: ‘It’s more dangerous than we thought.’ Lies from the powerful corporations, that began with Hearst, are still alive and well today.

  The brainwashing continues. Now, the commercials say: If you buy a joint, you contribute to murders and gang wars. The latest anti-pot commercials say: If you buy a joint...you are promoting TERRORISM! The new enemy (terrorism) has paved the road to brainwash you any way THEY see fit.

  There is only one enemy; the friendly people you pay your taxes to; the war-makers and nature destroyers. With your funding, they are killing the world right in front of your eyes. HALF A MILLION DEATHS EACH YEAR ARE CAUSED BY TOBACCO. HALF A MILLION DEATHS EACH YEAR ARE CAUSED BY ALCOHOL. NO ONE HAS EVER, EVER DIED FROM SMOKING POT!! In the entire history of the human race, not one death can be attributed to cannabis. Our society has outlawed grass but condones the use of the KILLERS: TOBACCO and ALCOHOL. Hemp should be declassified and placed in DRUG stores to relieve stress. Hardening and constriction of the arteries are bad; but hemp usage actually enlarges the arteries...which is a healthy condition. We have been so conditioned to think that: Smoking is harmful. That is NOT the case for passive pot.

  Ingesting THC, hemp’s active agent, has a positive effect; relieving asthma and glaucoma. A joint tends to alleviate the nausea caused by chemotherapy. You are able to eat on hemp. This is a healthy state of being.

  {One personal note: During the pregnancy of my wife, she was having some difficulty gaining weight. We were in the hospital. A nurse called us to one side and said: ‘Off the record, if you smoke pot...you’d get something called the munchies and you’ll gain weight.’ I swear that is a true story}.

  The stereotype for a pothead is similar to a drunk, bubble-brain. Yet, the truth is one’s creative abilities can be enhanced under its influence. The perception of time slightly slows and one can become more sensitive. You can more appreciate all arts; be closer to nature and generally FEEL more under the influence of cannabis. It is, in fact, the exact opposite state of mind and body as the drunken state. You can be more aware with pot.

  The pot plant is an ALIEN plant. There is physical evidence that cannabis is not like any other plant on this planet. One could conclude that it was brought here for the benefit of humanity. Hemp is the ONLY plant where the males appear one way and the females appear very different, physically! No one ever speaks of males and females in regard to the plant kingdom because plants do not show their sexes; except for cannabis. To determine what sex a certain, normal, Earthly plant is: You have to look internally, at its DNA. A male blade of grass (physically) looks exactly like a female blade of grass. The hemp plant has an intense sexuallity. Growers know to kill the males before they fertilize the females. Yes, folks...the most potent pot comes from ‘horny females.’

  The reason this amazing, very sophisticated, ET plant from the future is illegal has nothing to do with how it physically affects us…..

  …POT IS ILLEGAL BECAUSE BILLIONAIRES WANT TO REMAIN BILLIONAIRES!

  ps: I think the word ‘DRUGS’ should not be used as an umbrella-word that covers all chemical agents. Drugs have come to be known as something BAD. Are you aware there are LEGAL drugstores?!   What is the Word of God on the Cannabis plant?

  The hemp plant (scientific name: cannabis, slang: marijuana) is one of the many useful herbs “yielding seed after its kind” created and blessed by God on the third day of creation, “and God saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:12) He gave hemp for people to use with our free will.

  God said, “Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth.…To you it will be for meat.” … And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. (Genesis 1:29-31) The Bible predicts some herb’s prohibition. “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times, some shall … speak lies in hypocrisy … commanding to abstain from meats which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. (Paul: 1 Timothy 4:1-3)

  The Bible speaks of a special plant. “I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.” (Ezekiel 34:29) A healing plant. On either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare 12 manner of fruits, and yielding her fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. (Revelations 22:1-2) A gift from God.
  How was cannabis used in Biblical times and lands?

  Cannabis was used 12 ways: clothing, paper, cord, sails, fishnet, oil, sealant, incense, food, and in ceremony, relaxation and medicine. For so the Lord said unto me, “I will take my rest and I will consider in my dwelling place like a clear heat upon herbs. For afore harvest, when the bud is perfect and the sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks and take away and cut down the branches.” (Isaiah 18:4-5)
  What about cannabis today?

  Hemp today has thousands of uses. Modern technology has devised many new uses for the hemp plant&emdash;like biomass energy, building materials, fuel, plastic and so on. Hemp is ecological and its seed is among the best food crops on Earth. Selected varieties produce flowers that provide an herbal relaxant and a spiritual tool. Its herb is used globally as medicine.
  Does the Bible discuss drugs?

  Alcohol is the only drug openly discussed in the Bible, so it must serve as our reference. Wine is drunk during religious occasions such as Passover &emdash; the Last Supper of Jesus and His disciples. It remains a sacrament in modern church services.

  Jesus began his public life by miraculously turning water into wine at the Wedding at Cana (John 2:1-10) when the reception ran out. The Bible distinguishes between use and misuse. It says, Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts. (Proverbs 31:6-7) but Woe unto them that … follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them! (Isaiah 5:10)

  Yet the simple joys of drinking were also sung. He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth; And wine that maketh glad the heart of man and oil to make his face to shineth. (Psalm 104:14-15)
  “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."Did Jesus speak about choice?

  He said not to criticize other people for their habits. “Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; that which cometh out of the mouth defileth a man.” (Mat. 15:11) The apostle Paul wrote, I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean. … For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. (Paul: Romans 14:14,17)
  Did He speak of government?

  Jesus said to keep church and state apart. “Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar’s and unto God the things which be God’s.” (Luke 20:25) As we have seen, it was God, not government, who gave man the herbs to use. And it was government that put Jesus to death.
  Property forfeiture laws?

  He warned us about seizure and forfeiture laws. “Beware of the scribes which …devour widows’ houses…. The same shall receive greater damnation.” (Luke 20:46-47) Jesus, too, was a victim. The soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took His garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part. (John. 19:33)
  What about the Drug War?

  Blessed are the peacemakers. (Matthew 5:9)

  It was God who created cannabis hemp and told mankind to use “every green herb” on Earth. The Bible speaks of mercy, healing and a persecution of God’s children. They persecute me wrongfully; help thou me. (Psalms 119:86) Prisons and drug wars do not save souls. The Lord… hath sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to them that are bound. (Isaiah 61:1)
  What should the ministry do?

  Teach God’s truth. Warn your congregation that the war on marijuana is unchristian and must be ended. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you will be no priest to Me … for I desired mercy and not sacrifice. (Hosea 4:6, 6:6)

  Remember: Every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused if it be received with thanksgiving…. If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine. (Paul: 1 Timothy 4:4-6)

  Summary analysis of the foregoing discussion

  What does the Bible say about marijuana? The Bible says that God created hemp for people to use “as meat,” (ie, to consume), that its seed oil is to be used as an ointment, and that cannabis is “to be received with thanks-giving of them which believe and know the truth.” Paul also warned that some people would “speak lies in hypocrisy” and prohibit us from using it.

  It also says that we “shall not bear false witness” about people who use cannabis, nor judge them because that judgement is reserved to the Lord. The Lord hates those who speak lies and sow discord among brethern. For those people harrassed and imprisoned for using cannabis rightfuly, Jesus offers these words of comfort, “Blessed are those persecuted for righteousness’s sake: For theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.”
  What would Jesus do regarding medical marijuana?

  Despite common knowledge and widespread scientific support, the federal government has for nearly 30 years kept cannabis in schedule 1 as a deliberate way to deny patients access to medical marijuana. This includes people suffering from asthma, cancer, migraine headache, chronic pain, spasticity, glaucoma, arthritis, and provides relief for many other conditions. As a result, people at various locations across the USA have had to risk and suffer years in prison for providing medical marijuana to patients as an act of compassion and personal conscience. What would Jesus do? He chose to break the law in order to heal the sick.

  I would love it if Marijuana was legalized. Yes, to decrease the national debt thru taxes and yes, to add controls to distribution and yes, to reduce the risk to police and their families. But also ‘cause I miss it !!! its a really nice high when used in moderation (if memory serves). As an adult who is comfortable w/self moderation, I would like to have the right to use it lightly for social relaxation like I use a glass of wine now.

  let me see if I can clarify something these 2 people will most likely do 30 years apiece for getting caught. you see they are’nt just going to be charged w/ growing they will hit them with trafficing, intent to distribute(which are 2 different charges by the way even though they sound the same)and drug kingpin charges. in fact they will be lucky if they see the light of day ever again. however at least they have a chance. Some states have a manditory life sentence for growing pot w/ no chance for parole. These same states however let murderers and rapists and child molesters go within 10 years and that is in severe cases.   The real threat to America is Trans-fats. I hope all the advocates for the health of our country rally around this growing threat.   First let me quickly address you misconceptions of Obama. He has admitted to smoking pot. Current president GW Bush, and former President Bill Clinton have also admitted to committing the same crime. So Obama at the moment is on par with the course.

  First off, Thank you very much for doing the research, or already knowing about Hemp. Hooever, the hemp you highlight IS NOT the hemp/MJ one would smoke, unless one has VERY hardy lungs and throat.  The hemp you cite is also the same type of hemp that grows wild(along side of many major highways) in Kansas and other Middle America states.  When I was stationed at Ft. Riley, Kansas it was not unusual at all for some newby to go out and “harvest” this type of hemp and bring back several stuffed duffle bags to the company area: unfortunately for him, there were no toke takers, except for the novice!  As a former MJ smoker, acid taker and other “things” I can honestly say this.  Persons who do drugs long term have no idea when their reflexes are slowing down, and other coordination problems. When you speak to a marijuana user about quiting/problems related to it’s the same thing as asking an alcoholic if he has a drinking problem. There are many, many MJ users who are now full-time lawyers, doctors, dentists, etc....it’s an “equal opportunity” drug that crosses all social lines.....and destroys as it goes along. In the same venue, if you will, the Hippies of yesteryear are now running local governments, drilling your teeth, and most importantly, working on the jet engines of the airliner you’re sitting in!  Get my point?  A lot of former Hippies are now Democrats who still believe that music, sit-ins and Liberlism can solve all of the world’s problems...WOW!  If you have any relatives in Canada, ask them how long they have to wait to see a doctor, in Canada’s Liberal, Socialistic Health-care system.  Sorry Charlie, I don’t want to legalize the stuff, then the NEA would really go to pot!   Please relook at the scriptures you used below.  I want to note that you are taking each one out of context.  And scriptures interpreted out of context are just pretexts to make a point that is untrue.

  Actually these scriptures are prophecies of something that will occur in the new world or Heaven as clearly described in the Book of Revelation (i.e. the Revelation of Jesus Christ).

  As a person who has done very extensive studies of Bible propecy and God’s instruction on clean eating habits, allow me to say that God will never encourage nor condone the use of any stimulants or suppressants which affect our mental processes, to include the intake use of marijuana.  God created man with a perfect brain to utilize for the purpose of clear thinking and awareness of life, utilizing the 5 natural senses without anything to onfuse us of reality.

  {The Bible speaks of a special plant. “I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.” (Ezekiel 34:29) A healing plant. On either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare 12 manner of fruits, and yielding her fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. (Revelations 22:1-2) A gift from God.}

  Look i made my point already, we all deserve the right to do what we ourselves choose to do without fear of persecution and prosecution. Everyone on here makes points that are great in their own opinion but let the people reading decide for themselves which side they stand on. Im not telling anyone to smoke pot but I am completely for the legalization of Cannabis. We are already well on our way to seeing that reality. Id like to say thank you to Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington for taking the first step in this process.

  What you refer to is at the end of the bible but what you keep failing to mention is the beginning.

  God said, “Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth.…To you it will be for meat.” … And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. (Genesis 1:29-31)

  The Bible predicts some herb’s prohibition. “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times, some shall … speak lies in hypocrisy … commanding to abstain from meats which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. (Paul: 1 Timothy 4:1-3)

  You need not reply to anything about the bible until you can explain to us why God is wrong because apparently thats why you believe. God created it and said it was good and to be used as meat. Im doing what the lord says and you are only arguing with him and his word because you sir are a hypocrite. You want to spout off like you are God and you wrote the bible and know everything about it...well you dont and there is no man living on this Earth who does. Ive only found good things about the Cannabis plant in the bible, never have I seen anything detrimental about it. So continue on with you’re rants about you know this and that about the bible and ill be enjoying gods gifts to all of us.

  Canadians Marc Emery, Michelle Rainey and Greg Williams are fighting extradition to the USA. The Canadian Government decided to not go along with the plea deal even though the USA and Marc Emery were in agreement, so the extradition hearing has been rescheduled. Emery, Rainey and Williams (collectively known as the BC3) appeared in the BC Supreme Court on April 9th and set dates for the extradition hearing. The extradition hearing will begin at the BC Supreme Court on December 1-5, 2008 with another week scheduled for February 9-17, 2009.   id like to start by saying i agree with the fact that its a personal choice to smoke a joint when you please, me myself i would much rather pass a driver on the road smokins pot then drinking alcohol. and Josh you go boyfriend say what you think i agree with you 100% so if you want roll another joint if you other people dont want it leave it alone thats just more for us that do!!!

  Thats right Denise, thanks for voicing your opinion and isnt it great that the people for pot outweigh the people against?   I say instead of all this unreal bickering let’s all roll two and give one to the non- smokers and smoke to our new President Obama that the American people voted in and you good ole boys can turn up your beers and burn one (but for God sake hide your keys, don’t get on the road) just sit back and think of how the Nation is going be in 4yrs. Ponder these thoughts instead of worring about a plant that has NEVER CAUSED A DEATH, JUST MADE PEOPLE LAUGH AND SOME FEEL BETTER AND JUST GET ALONG!
